Services Offered
TheCarClean provides mobile doorstep car wash, cleaning, and detailing services. Our service area includes Chandigarh, Mohali, Kharar, and Panchkula. We bring professional technicians and cleaning equipment to your location.
Customer Responsibilities
To perform our mobile services effectively, customers must ensure:
- Access: Provide our team with safe, clear access to the vehicle and a suitable parking space with adequate working clearance.
- Utilities: Where applicable, provide access to a standard electrical outlet and clean water tap near the vehicle.
- Property Approval: Ensure that detailing and washing activities are permitted by your building, society management, or landlord before our arrival.
- Valuables: Remove all personal belongings, valuables, and trash from the vehicle cabin prior to our service. TheCarClean is not liable for lost or damaged personal items left inside the car.
Scheduling and Cancellations
Appointments are subject to slot availability, technician dispatch limits, and weather conditions. In the event of severe weather (e.g. heavy rain or storms), we reserve the right to reschedule your booking to ensure safety and quality.
Please provide at least 12–24 hours of advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your doorstep service.
